Responsible for: Newsletter, Promotions, Trade Shows, Media contacts (On the Town, TV, GR Press), Phone Tree, Bulk Mailing, Brochures/Flyers, and distributing brochures. Advertising for Directory, Newsletter and gift certificates.

Responsible for: Supervising Assistants, Select Ski Trips and get bids, Manage contracts for all out of state trips approved by the Board, Plan and Lead Trip Leader Training Meeting, and Select Trip Leaders

Responsible for: Work with the Trip Director, Supervising the Michigan Trips (weekend and day bus trips), Selecting the Trip Leaders for these Michigan trips.
