Q: I'm a current member but I have not logged into the new website yet. How do I do this?
A: In order to log into the new site you must be a current paid member, in the top right corner of the home page put your email address in the "email" box and click "forgot password". It will send you an email with a link to reset your password. You can also login in with Facebook.
Q: It is telling me that my username is incorrect?
A: Make sure you are using your email address as your username. If the issue persists and you are a current member, visit our Contact page and email the Communications Director for help with the issue. If you are not a current member, register to become one.
Q: I can't remember my password, how do I retrieve it?
A: Click the "forget password" link at the top right corner of the home page. An email will be sent to you prompting you to change your password.
Q: How do I edit my profile or view my recent or past payments made to the club?
A: On the top of the menu bar, click on your name. This will bring up numerous settings to review. To edit your Profile, click on Edit Profile button, make changes, click save.
Q: How do I view details of my event registration?
A: On the menu bar, click on Events. Scroll down to the trip your registered for, Click on "Already Registered", Click on "View Details". If there are any errors that need correcting, please contact the Trip Leader.
Q: I can't log in, see my profile or access the membership directory.
A: You must be a current paid member to log in in to access your profile and membership directory.
Q: How do I create my own photo album and change privacy settings ?
A: After you are logged in, select View Profile then select Member Photo Albums then Create Album.
If you want to change privacy settings on your photos. Select My Profile , then Privacy, then Edit profile.
Q: How do I add pictures to a GGRSC trip photo album?
A: After you are logged in, Select Photo Albums from top menu bar, Find trip you want to add photos to, Click Upload, Choose up to 5 files to upload. Click Upload.
