GGRSC Schuss Mountain Day Park and Ride — January 5, 2022
More Details:
Where: Meet at 7:00 AM at the Post Road Carpool lot to head up to Schuss for a day of skiing and celebrating the love of skiing with your ski friends.
You can choose to carpool or drive up and just meet us at the resort . We are planning on starting at the Cedar River Lodge area which is a good place to buy your ticket and a nice bathroom with small lockers right near the purple lift. The Bistro is upstairs for an after ski place to gather.
When: Schuss Mountain is open from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM for skiing. Meet at Ivans cafeteria at 12:30 for lunch with the group.
Have fun skiing with old ski friends and make sure to include some of our new skiers that are attending.
Apres Ski - +/- 4:30 PM - Meet at the Bistro upstairs in the Cedar River Ski Lodge up by the purple lift. They were not sure if they were going to be open so we can decide at lunch where we might go instead after skiing for a bite to eat on our way home.
I tried very hard to get a discount from Schuss Mountain—I left several messages. They did not call me back till today — I got nowhere as far as a discount unless we wanted to collect money ahead of time which does not work on park and ride trips as we arrive at different times. Sorry about this — there were also no discounts at the Warren Miller movie for Schuss.
There are also no liftopia prices for Schuss this year. I even talked to the head Honcho Steve and got nowhere. One price for all day 9-9 skiing. No during the day increments.
Regular Costs for Sunday - Friday: !8-61 years old =. $ 65.00
62 - 69 Seniors + $ 60.00. 70+ = $ 5.00
Possible Discounts:
1. Schuss Season Pass
2. Caberfae Season Pass — reciprocal for $ 25.00. Sun.- Fri. ( it says $ 15 on the perks for Caberfae but I think it is $ 25.00 — it was, in reverse , when we skied at Caberfae.)
